Exterior Renovations

When a 1907 Fresno home needed a full exterior renovation, our crew took on everything the age of the house threw at us: beehives in the walls, dry rot, missing insulation, and mismatched lumber sizes left over from earlier remodels. The original redwood siding and cedar shingle upper story had seen better days, so we replaced the siding, windows, and fascia, then repainted the whole exterior.

Throughout the project we worked to preserve the home's vintage character while rebuilding it with modern materials, a balance that takes a crew willing to slow down and get the details right. We showed up with a full crew every day rather than in stretches, and kept the homeowners informed at each stage so the finished result matched what they had pictured from the start.
